HOW TO MEASURE YOUR FEET

To measure the size of your feet, stick to a flat surface (floor) and squeeze the back of your heel at a straight edge or wall.

LENGTH OF YOUR FEET

Measure the length of your foot by sliding the ruler to the floor on the inside of your foot so that it moves from the back of your heel to the tip of your toes. Then, place some straight edge with the edge of your toes so that the edge of the object touches the tip of your longest toe. Then, with the straight line, read the length of your foot (in millimeters) measured from the back of the heel to the tip of the longest toe (as shown below). That's your foot length.

SELECTION OF SHOE SIZE

If your feet are between two sizes, choose a larger number of footwear. It may also happen that your feet are of different sizes, which is completely normal. In that case, when choosing a shoe size, choose a larger number.
